Need to start a return or an exchange?
If you're not completely satisfied with your Amputee Store purchase, you can return your eligible items within 90 days of the original ship date. Items in new condition (unopened/unworn/unwashed) can be returned for a full product refund less original shipping costs.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed Monday - Friday. Recently, a few brands have been experiencing supply and material constraints which can delay an order. Orders placed over the weekend will typically ship on Monday. Your order may ship from any of these locations, California, Georgia, Reno, and Missouri.
