Knit-Rite SmartKnit Partial Foot Sock is a prosthetic partial foot sock designed for those individuals that have experienced a partial foot amputation such as a transmetatarsal or lisfranc level. Bulky sock seams can increase pressure along the suture line and cause friction and rubbing. The result of repeated rubbing of sock seams against the skin can vary from mild to blisters and ulceration. Knit Rite employed their expertise to eliminate all seams, lessening the chance of creating any pressure points. Wearing a SmartKnit Partial Foot Sock is liken to getting a great big bear hug along your leg due to its core-spun, high stretch fibers and soft interior. Moisture-wicking fibers wick moisture away from your skin and assist in inhibiting odors. You may notice a crackling sound when first applying your SmartKnit Partial Foot Socks. The non-binding Halo Top is heat-sealed during the manufacturing process—thus the “crackling” upon stretching out the top of your partial foot sock is normal.

Machine wash with mild detergent, warm water. Do not use bleach. No liquid softeners. Last tumble dry, low heat.
