Silipos BK Sleeve Materials
Knitted fabric with mineral oil gel. This product contains no latex and is designed to be hypoallergenic.
Directions for Use
Remove your Silipos Gel Suspension Sleeve from the package foam; save the foam for later use. Roll the suspension sleeve onto itself at half its length, exposing the gel. Grasp the half-rolled sleeve and pull onto the prosthesis. Apply the prosthesis and unroll the other half of the sleeve onto your leg. Reinsert the foam into the sleeve when not in use.
Care Instructions
Silipos recommends that you hand wash the Silipos Gel Sleeve with mild detergent (no bleach) and rinse thoroughly. After washing, air dry your gel suspension sleeve and gently dust gel with talcum powder to remove tackiness.
Precautions
Do not place Silipos BK Suspension sleeve on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use and notify your physician or Prosthetist immediately. Do not wear this gel sleeve for more than 20 hours daily. Not recommended for moderate to high activity amputees.
