Precautions

It’s sometimes a good idea if you’re diabetic to place the sock seam to the back of your residual limb. Placing the sock onto your limb with the seam over your tibia is less comfortable for those with sensitive skin. Knit-Rite recommends using a clean fitting sock each day to promote healthy residual limb care.
