Step 1: Top & Bottom
Measure the circumference around the middle of your knee cap and 2 inches up from the bottom of your residual limb. The bottom circumference is the most difficult to measure because it may feel as if the tape measure is sliding off your limb.
Step 2: Length
Selecting the correct length is critical. If you wear a prosthetic liner, ensure that it extends 2-3 inches past your Liner-Liner sock. Otherwise you may experience suspension issues.
Step 3: Find your size
Take both your top, bottom, and length measurements and use the chart to determine your size. If you're in-between sizes, we suggest remeasuring again to be on safe side. Most below-knee amputees fit a size regular.
|TOP (INCHES)||11 - 12||14 - 16||18 +|
|BOTTOM (INCHES)||6 - 7||8 - 10||12+|
|Extra Short||8 - 12|
|Short||10 - 14|
|Medium||16 - 20|
