Step 1: Measure Circumferences
Measure the circumference along three areas of your limb. First begin measuring the circumference along the top of your groin. Second measure the circumference along the middle of your residual limb. And last, measure the circumference 2 inches (5cm) up from end of your residual limb.
Step 2: Determine Length
Length is a matter of preference. However, a good rule is to select a length that is extends all the way to the top of your groin less a half inch.
Step 3: Find your size
Take all of your circumference and length measurements and use the chart to determine your size. If you're in-between sizes, we suggest remeasuring again to be on safe side.
