Take your bottom end circumference and use this chart to determine your size. If you're in-between sizes, we suggest remeasuring again to be on safe side.

When measuring the bottom of your limb, it may be easier to first place a mark 1.5 or 2.5 inches up before taking your circumference measurement, depending up on the bottom pad.  It's common to measure too high on your limb and as a result select a size that is too large.

ESP Distal End Pads Description

ESP Distal End Pads are made from ESP's proprietary medical-grade soft silicone to provide softness that ensures cushioning and pressure relief in highly loaded areas. The unique semi-liquid qualities of soft silicone also make Distal End Pads ideal as fillers for deep voids and scarred residual limbs. One or more can be used for pressure distribution or padding by simply placing the pads on the residual limb. The high adherence of the silicone will hold a pad in place while you apply a prosthetic liner. Distal End Pads are also suitable for volume replacement along the bottom of your residual limb as well.
